Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 6, 2018 – On the heels of being named one of the top 10 burgers in America, Nashville-based Burger Republic made another prestigious TripAdvisor list: having the best burger in Tennessee.
TripAdvisor recently announced the top-rated burger restaurants in every state, based on site reviews. The list accounts for ratio and quality of the burger reviews compared to overall ratings, as well as quality and quantity of reviews received in the past year. “We are honored to be sought out by tourists coming into Nashville, looking for a premium burger,” said Drew Jackman, who partnered with another industry veteran, Jeff Warne, to create Burger Republic. “I think it reflects the growing trend to visit independent restaurants that are not duplicated in other markets. We are proud of our Nashville roots and being ‘fiercely independent.’”

The first Burger Republic opened May 23, 2012 in the Lenox Village Town Center development, off Nolensville Road in southern Davidson County. The second location opened Jan. 23, 2014 in the Pine Street Flats building in the Gulch area of downtown Nashville. A third opened Jan. 12, 2017 at the Providence Station complex in Mt. Juliet. The fourth location opened Oct. 7, 2017 at the Fountains at Gateway complex on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro.
